    Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of ICT Mr. Marwan Juma'a, int@j and with the support of USAID Jordan a graduation ceremony was conducted for the developers and managers of content providers companies who successfully completed the iPhone applications development training. The ceremony was held at SAE Premises in Al Quds College, and attended by H.E. the Minister of ICT Mr. Marwan Juma'a, Int@j CEO, Al Quds College CEO, USAID Jordan representative, training participants and guests.

    The Information Technology Association of Jordan - int@j with support from the USAID Jordan Economic Development Program coordinated a contract for 2 Jordanian call center companies (Extensya and CrystelCall) to implement SPOT ® Performance Maturity Model TM Certification program, as both centers will be the first call centers to participate in this certification regionally and globally.

In the presence of Mr. Ayman Mazahreh, int@j’s Chairman and Mr. Abed Shamlawi, int@j’s CEO, USAID Jordan Economic Development Program (SABEQ) and Jordan Enterprise Development Cooperation JEDCO, the press conference reflected this year’s Forum to be held under the patronage of His Majesty King Abdullah the second on the 10th and 11th of October at the prestigious King Hussein Bin Talal Development area.

    The Information Technology Association of Jordan - int@j signed on as a network partner in a new program called Microsoft BizSpark in March 2010. This program is specifically designed to help placing promising technology startups that are less than 3 years in business, on an even faster track to success. The program will be implemented within a three years time frame.
  • Microsoft Jordan Sponsors Graduate Internship Program through intaj , May 12, 2010
    Amman, May 10th, 2010 — Microsoft Jordan and the Information Technology Association of Jordan (int@j) announced today the launch of the Community Technology Skills Program (CTSP), which is part of the Graduate Internship Program (GIP). Microsoft will provide int@j with a grant value of $130,000 to train and certify up to 200 higher-education students using the latest innovations from Microsoft, and which could ultimately reach up to 500 students through live meeting and broadcasting training sessions.
