A new Telecom Law is being finalized by the Ministry of ICT, which was provided to int@j as part of the public consultancy with its members to review and recommend updates. The new law sets the unified framework for the merger among the TRC and the AVC , and prepares the ground for the Convergence Concept, it also forms the basis for regulating the IT sector in terms of security and privacy issues.
