This study aims to achieve the following primary objectives:
- Evaluate the six dimensions of smart cities (Smart Governance, Smart Economy, Smart Society, Smart Living, Smart Environment, and Smart Mobility).
- Assess practices related to comprehensive and sustainable development across its three dimensions (economic, social/cultural, and environmental).
- Identify the impact of smart cities on achieving comprehensive and sustainable development.
