Join the Youth Development & Empowerment Program (YDEP) – Powered by Coach You & MoDEE

On behalf of the Ministry of Digital Economy & Entrepreneurship (MoDEE) and Coach You, we are delighted to invite your organization to take part in the Youth Development & Empowerment Program (YDEP) — a national initiative designed to connect Jordan’s leading companies with pre-trained, job-ready tech talent.

YDEP aims to bridge the gap between education and employment by providing companies with exceptional young professionals who have completed specialized training in key technology fields including software engineering, data science, QA/testing, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and networks/cloud.

Why Participate?

• Fully funded stipends for all interns throughout the 3-month internship period (covered by YDEP & Coach You).
• Access to a curated pool of motivated, pre-screened candidates equipped with practical skills and ready for real work environments.

How to Get Started?

• Complete the Expression of Interest Form: Interest Form Link
• The Coach You team will provide a tailored list of suggested candidates, including CVs and LinkedIn profiles.
• Our team will contact you to coordinate onboarding and logistics for the internship placement.
