Dear Valued Members,

The Information & Communications Technology Association of Jordan- int@j, is pleased to offer its members companies a secure, safe, and smooth interactive and engaging platform for webinars sessions and discussions through Cisco Webex Platform.

This will help the companies promote their brands, services and products, not just locally, but globally as well.

What int@j Offers:

  • Promoting the event to int@j’s database through email announcements and its weekly newsletter.
  • Promoting the event through int@j’s Social Media channels (including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn).
  • Setting up the event including the technical support needed pre-during-after event.
  • Rehearsing the session before the event with the panelists ahead of time to ensure all technical related issues are smooth.
  • Designing the invitation e-flyer.
  • Setting up polls if needed.



  • Expanding a worldwide meeting capacity.
  • HD video, audio and screen sharing.
  • Joining the sessions using a variety of devices with built-in cameras, including desktop, mobile and video systems.
  • Recorded sessions.
  • Live streaming through int@j Facebook page.
  • List of information including contact details of registrants and attendees of the event.
  • int@j could be considered as a community partner of the event in the invitation e-flyer.



Expectations from members?

  • Event content including topic and outlines.
  • Panelists and the moderator will be selected & invited by the member’s company.


Eligibility and fees of the service:

Any existing member of int@j can enjoy this service for the amount of 350 JDs exclusive.


  • This service is exclusive for int@j members companies.
  • Any request need to be provided minimum 3 weeks before the event and based on availability.
  • Maximum duration of the session is 2 hours, during official working hours.
