E-government and Operations Directorate Organizational Review

The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship (MoDEE) has received financing from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (The World Bank) toward the cost of the Youth, Technology, and Jobs Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The consulting services (“the Services”) is for conducting an organization and management structure review for E-government and Operations Directorate, in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the current organizational and managerial structure of the E-government and Operations Directorate and advise on an enhanced structure that would fit best the purpose of the Directorate.
