Invitation to Participate in the 12th GJU Career Fair

Dear GJU Partner,

We are pleased to inform you that the 12th annual GJU Career Fair will take place on

Tuesday, 5th of December 2023 from 10:00am – 3:00pm at the GJU Main Campus (Amman-Madaba Road), Sports Hall

The event will connect you with our graduates and students. Please use this opportunity to

  • Offer jobs and internships to GJU students and graduates,
  • Promote your services and your business,
  • Network with students, graduates, alumni, GJU staff members, and with representatives of other companies,

Please read carefully the below information and instructions on how to register

Event Space

 The roughly sized 3 sqm (3m x 1m) booths are furnished with one high table, two corresponding chairs, cables and electricity. The booths will have an additional table of 1.20m x 0.50m.You are welcome to bring further furniture and/or materials you like for your booth. Please coordinate the event space with the Career Fair team.

 Services offered by GJU to your Organization

  • Career fair booth: your space at this event to promote your company and meet our students and graduates.
  • Company Assistant: the student who will support you during the event
  • “Network Lunch”: Buffet invitation from 3:00-4:00 pm.

 Company Assistants

One student or graduate will be assigned to you as your personal Company Assistant and will be in contact with you before and during the GJU Career Fair. The Company Assistant will guide you to the venue, help you setting up your booth, answer your questions & assist you in all organizational matters during the fair. The Company Assistant will communicate with you through the registered phone number. If the person attending the fair on behalf of your company is different from the one who registered, kindly provide us with the name and phone number of the contact person for the fair at your earliest convenience.

The registration website http://careerfair.gju.edu.jo is now open. kindly use the following unique code for your organization: DIQRI

In order to register for the GJU Career Fair and reserve your booth, please fill in the registration form with your company information and upload your logo in high resolution (required) until Saturday, 25th of November 2023

After the initial registration is done, you will be asked to upload the payment confirmation.

 The registration process is divided into 3 main steps:

If you don’t have a code, kindly request your Unique registration code by visiting http://careerfair.gju.edu.jo and click on (“Don’t have invitation code yet? Request now”.) Your unique code will be sent by email.

Participation Fees:

The participation fees per booth is 200 JOD payable within 5 days after registration.

Dual Studies Partners that have signed MoUs with GJU are entitled to 25% discount on the fees.

 Booking two booths or more is possible, but without any reduction on the applicable fee.

 Payment

Your reservation of a booth is only valid after we receive proof of payment.

Please transfer the appropriate amount (see table above) and upload the scanned receipt via the above registration link (http://careerfair.gju.edu.jo) as a proof that you transferred the participation fees. Kindly note that payments cannot be reimbursed in case of registration cancelation.

Career Fair Handbook

As in previous years, we will publish a Career Fair Handbook. This year a soft copy of the handbook will be available via a QR code accessible to all visitors of the fair for information about the exhibitors, and to guide them through the event. It is used by our students and graduates. It is therefore very advisable that you deliver correct, up-to-date information about your company as the relevant data for the Handbook will be taken from the registration form and the uploaded logo during registration.
