The Tank by Umniah Innovation Challenge is a 6-week program designed for ambitious entrepreneurs to apply their business ideas and products to the real world and address current challenges within the telecom industry at Umniah!
The 6-week program encompasses workshops, knowledge sharing with experts in the industry, hands-on pitch training, and more to help businesses champion their Minimum Viable Product (MVP)! As we wrap up the 6-weeks, a selected winner will be offered a PoC with Umniah.
About the challenge:
Join Umniah in transforming customer experience through the power of AI & ML. This challenge focuses on enhancing the mobile app experience for both B2B and B2C customers.
Participants will work to fully digitize and optimize user interactions, driving increased engagement, satisfaction, and retention rates, ultimately leading to revenue growth. In addition to deriving insights from algorithms based on user data to better understand user needs.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must be over 18 years of age.
- Founders are preferably present in Jordan to attend workshops and events.
- Solution must be within the domain of the AI & ML.
- Founders and startups under consideration must be at the pre-seed/MVP stage with a product that has already been developed.
- The proposed idea should aim to cater to the Jordanian market, offering tangible benefits and solutions tailored to the specific needs of Umniah.
- The company must be legally registered.
