A group of researchers at the University of Jordan are conducting research about “leadership and women empowerment, the information technology sector in Jordan“, Under the umbrella of int@j Women Economic Empowerment Unit – SHETECHS
The aim of the research is to study leadership and women empowerment in the IT sector in Jordan.
It is an interdisciplinary research that focuses on gender theories and their applications in different work sectors.
Kindly note that the collected data is targeted only at females who work in the information technology (IT) sector in Jordan for the purpose of this research only and will not be shared with any third party.
