The Cartier Women’s Initiative is an annual international program launched in 2006 to empower women entrepreneurs leading impact-driven businesses with a strong social or environmental mission. This initiative offers a global platform and substantial support for women founders to scale their ventures and amplify their impact.

Cartier Women’s Initiative focus on supporting women-led, profit-driven, early-stage startups with measurable social or environmental impact

The initiative is focused on women’s empowerment and sustainable entrepreneurship without any political or controversial affiliations.

• Eligibility Highlights:
– Woman founder in a leadership role (e.g., CEO or General Manager)
– Company incorporated between June 2019 and June 2024
– Minimum revenue by June 2024
– Less than $2M USD in diluted funding raised
– Commitment to attend a fellowship program from Jan 2026 to Mar 2027

• Languages: English proficiency (minimum B2 level) required
