The Information and Communications Technology Association of Jordan – int@j, cordially invites you to register in the upcoming comprehensive IT Outsourcing Training & Workshop titled “IT Outsourcing Success”, taking place at Fairmont Amman Hotel on Thursday 27th of July, 2023 with the Visionary Leader in Outsourcing Olga Fragis, designed to equip professionals with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the rapidly growing field of IT outsourcing.
As you may already know, IT outsourcing has become a strategic approach for businesses worldwide to streamline operations, reduce costs, and gain a competitive edge.
During our training and workshop of 1 day, participants will delve into the fundamentals of IT outsourcing, covering topics such as outsourcing strategy and planning, vendor selection, contract negotiation, relationship management, and risk mitigation. The workshop is for entities that are already outsourcing and also companies that are about to start providing outsourcing services (BPO/ITO/KPO).
