Support Opportunity: SPARK Coaching Project

SPARK Jordan is targeting to support scalable local MSMEs by providing them with Coaching Business Support Services
Below is a brief about the project:
- Targeted MSMEs (no specific domain) are scalable and growth-oriented businesses, registered and operating for at least 1 year
- The project is open to both Jordanian and Syrian MSMEs
- The total number of one-to-one sessions is 5 sessions/hours
- Sessions will be delivered per week with a duration of 1-2 hours
- The sessions will be held virtually and/or in-person
- No financial obligation is required from the companies (coaching sessions are free of charge but commitment is needed)
- Coaching topics covers the following:
- Marketing (online and offline)
- Social Media
- Sales
- Financial Management
- Accounting
- Human Resources
- Export
- Business Strategies and Development
- Operations Management
- eCommerce
- Digital Transformation
- Supply Chain
- Quality Management/Assurance
- Any other business topics
