Support Opportunity: SPARK Coaching Project

SPARK Jordan is targeting to support scalable local MSMEs by providing them with Coaching Business Support Services

Below is a brief about the project:

• Targeted MSMEs (no specific domain) are scalable and growth-oriented businesses, registered and operating for at least 1 year
• The project is open to both Jordanian and Syrian MSMEs
• The total number of one-to-one sessions is 5 sessions/hours
• Sessions will be delivered per week with a duration of 1-2 hours
• The sessions will be held virtually and/or in-person  
• No financial obligation is required from the companies (coaching sessions are free of charge but commitment is needed)
• Coaching topics covers the following:
• Marketing (online and offline)
• Social Media
• Sales
• Financial Management
• Accounting
• Human Resources
• Export
• Business Strategies and Development
• Operations Management
• eCommerce
• Digital Transformation
• Supply Chain
• Quality Management/Assurance
• Any other business topics
