This is the first of a three-part case study under the Mashreq gender facility (MGF) partnership with intaj and Jordanian national commission for women (JNCW) to highlight forward-thinking companies and inspire other businesses to design more gender-aware environments based on models that work.

It offers a closer look into Estarta Solutions, a global network engineering and information and communication technology (ICT) company established in Amman in 1991, and how they support women in non-traditional sectors (such as ICT), and non-traditional roles and hours (such as technical positions and nightwork).

Read more to learn how Estarta Solutions fulfils its commitment to gender diversity, promoting and retaining the inclusion of women in their work, and the positive business impacts that follow.
