World Learning will host a three-month pilot training program focusing on personal development skills for career planning and basic ICT skills to eighty 16-17-year-old students.
Through this training, participants will participate in weekly in-person sessions that will empower them to share their learnings with their peers and family members.
This training will provide an opportunity for participants to develop their goal-setting skills, professional skills, and job-search skills to prepare them for the next step in their professional pathways.
World Learning is looking to recruit mentors to facilitate approximately 15 training sessions for 10 Jordanian youth at local partner training facilities. Mentors will guide participants with World Learning’s Women’s Economic Empowerment story and Bawsala soft skills and employability curriculum.
Mentors will receive a 400 USD honorarium and must have experience in key sectors relating to ICT, workshop facilitation, and mentorship. Mentors must also reside in Madaba, Irbid, and Alkafrain – Balqa governorates.
