CEO of Estarta, Dr. Nabulsi, has over twenty years of senior leadership experience in the telecommunications and BPO/ITO fields, with an emphasis on customer experience, strategic customer management, and the deployment of reporting and analytics applications. Prior to joining Estarta, he founded the Customer Management Group, a market research and training company operating in the US and MENA. Dr. Nabulsi has served on the board of advisors for the Economic and Finance Faculty at the University of Central Missouri and as an advisor to the board at Merced Systems as well as IEX Workforce Management Solutions. Dr. Nabulsi received his Ph.D. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, an M.A. in Economics from the University of Central Missouri, and a B.S. in Economics and Statistics from the University of Jordan.
