With an aim to cooperate in enhancing the employability of youth and developing skills that suit the labor market, founder and CEO of Menaitech, Dr. Bashar Hawamdeh, signed an MoU with the President of Al-Hussein Technical University (HTU), Dr. Ismail Hinti.
The collaboration entails providing practical professional training to students, professionals, and facilities, in addition to developing training materials for new technologies in computing and human resources software.
Dr. Bashar Hawamdeh stressed during the signing ceremony the importance of skills development initiatives to ensure the readiness of individuals of all ages for the requirements of the current and future labor market. He also expressed his confidence in the fruits of cooperation between the two institutions to converge their visions towards empowering generations and harnessing technology solutions to advance societies.
Menaitech experts will work with university staff towards aligning academic content with job requirements and graduate employment, in addition to cooperating in conferences, seminars, workshops, research teams, and collaboration technology resources.
