Menaitech signed a cooperation agreement with Al-Ahliyya Amman University aimed at enhancing human resource management skills for students, fresh graduates, jobseekers, and company employees. The agreement was signed in the presence of Dr. Sari Hamdan, President of Al-Ahliyya Amman University, and Dr. Bashar Hawamdeh, founder and CEO of Menaitech.

Offered by Menaitech experts, the training program applies theoretical concepts and practical training to raise efficiency in managing human resource operations and core business. It includes Curio-CP courses, which enable trainees with talent management skills through Menaitech’s talent management system (Curio^®), in addition to courses on the MenaPay Payroll and personnel management system and MPAY-CA certification, which further enhances career growth and job market preparedness.

According to the agreement, a human resource management diploma program will be launched that is accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education and will be presented by a professional team from Menaitech.
