The support Orange Jordan offers to entrepreneurs through BIG by Orange is not limited to networking, marketing, and technical support. It also includes regional and international exposure for the startups to be aware firsthand of the latest developments in the digital landscape.

Aligning with this, 5 entrepreneurs from Big by Orange Season 11, have kicked off their international journey through participating in the Viva Technology conference, 2024 Edition, which is considered the world’s rendezvous for startups and leaders to celebrate innovation in Paris since its emergence in 2016. The event gains increasing momentum every year, as a manifest of this, the 2023 edition received more than 15,000 visitors, 2800 exhibitors, 2400 startups and more than 350 renowned and prominent speakers from all around the world.

Startups participating in the event included SmartWTI, which aims to employ artificial intelligence to manage water consumption, Techcare, which focuses on enabling diabetics to continuously monitor their condition, Tawqi3i, a pioneering project in the field of electronic signature, GasNas that provides gas delivery services to consumers via a mobile application, and MUSAAD, which aims to employ artificial intelligence to develop the sales process.

Commenting on this opportunity that allows entrepreneurs to explore new horizons to communicate with their peers in various countries and learn about the latest global trends, Orange Jordan emphasized the importance of getting exposed to new experiences in providing entrepreneurs with fresh perspectives and source of inspiration for new ideas that cater to the local needs while keeping pace with the global developments in the vital sectors.

Orange also shed light on the extended support that it offers to startups since the very first moment, they join the company’s programs until their graduation ensuring the growth of their businesses.

Orange Group offered sponsorship to the VivaTech conference which served as a platform for the startups to showcase their entrepreneurial projects and ideas to their peers of startups, executives, venture capitalists, investors and policymakers.

It is worth mentioning that the BIG by Orange in Jordan, has inaugurated recently the 11th season, as it is considered one of the Orange Group’s international accelerators for startup companies, and it is operated in partnership with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) within a grant from Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
