Electronic Health Solutions (EHS), through its Hakeem Academy, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Al-Balqa Applied University to enhance health informatics skills among students, develop academic courses, and facilitate knowledge exchange in this evolving field.

The MOU was signed by EHS CEO, Omar Ibrahim Ayesh, and University President, Professor Dr. Ahmed Fakhri Al-Ajlouni. Key components of the agreement include training and awareness sessions for students in relevant colleges and departments, developing health informatics courses, and fostering expertise exchange between the university and EHS.

The partnership also aims to equip students in health-related fields with essential knowledge in health informatics, including hands-on training with Hakeem, which will be valuable in their professional careers. Additionally, the MOU seeks to deepen students’ understanding of health informatics systems, an increasingly critical area for career readiness in the healthcare sector.

Attending the MOU signing from EHS were Afnan Jibril, Director of the Department of Science and Knowledge, and Specialist Engineer Hamza Jaafreh of Hakeem Academy. Representing Al-Balqa Applied University were Professor Dr. Shadi Al-Hamouri, Vice President for Medical Colleges and Dean of the College of Medicine, and Dr. Dana Mahadeen, Director of the Cooperation and International Relations Unit.
