The Women Empowerment Committee successfully launched its first session of the year, titled “New Year, New Me: Embracing a Healthier Lifestyle”, on January 30, 2025. The session was led by our colleague Diana Al-Kurdi, who provided insightful guidance on adopting healthier habits to enhance both physical and mental well-being.

During the session, participants engaged in discussions on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and self-care practices that contribute to a balanced lifestyle.
