Siren Analytics and Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance cooperation in research, education and digital transformation. The agreement aims to support joint efforts in developing digital skills, advancing research and development, and creating solutions to societal challenges.

The MoU was signed by PSUT President, Prof. Wejdan Abu Elhaija, and Siren Analytics Jordan CEO, Kamil Najeeb Al Fakhoury, in the presence of the university’s Vice President, Prof. Bassam Hammo, several university officials, and company representatives.

The MoU includes projects to develop digital skills through designing, developing and implementing initiatives that enhance digital knowledge and expertise. It covers training sessions, workshops and accredited training programs, as well as joint research in machine learning, big data analytics, artificial intelligence, data security and digital transformation solutions. The agreement also promotes knowledge exchange through practical training programs.

Prof. Abu Elhaija stated that this cooperation reflects a successful partnership between academia and the private sector, helping to create a modern educational environment that aligns with global technological advancements. Abu Elhaija emphasised the university’s commitment to equipping students with advanced digital skills, strengthening their research and innovation capabilities through joint applied projects with leading companies, and preparing them for the job market while enabling them to contribute to digital transformation locally and globally.

Mr. Al Fakhoury expressed pride in this partnership with a distinguished national academic institution, highlighting the company’s role in providing technical expertise in data analytics and related fields to support joint initiatives. He noted that the company will collaborate closely with faculty and students on research and development projects, offer mentorship and hands-on training, and contribute to educational efforts to enhance digital skills.
