On July 23, Estarta participated in TECH WIN’s 5th session, Gender-Responsive Marketing, held at Careers of Gold in Amman. Led by Eng. Hanan Ahyad, the workshop explored inclusive marketing strategies, the portrayal of women in media, and the impact of gender-sensitive messaging. The session highlighted how women influence up to 80% of tech purchasing decisions positioning inclusive marketing as both a strategic and social priority.
