The IFC is launching the Jordan Diversity Trailblazer’s Award. This award aims to recognize employers in Jordan who are advancing gender equality and women’s empowerment in the workplace.
On behalf of IFC, we are thrilled to invite you to participate in this award. More details can be found below.
Objective:
- Recognize and reward efforts in promoting gender equality.
- Showcase best practices in recruitment, retention, career development, work-life balance, and anti-discrimination.
Application Process:
- Complete the online application form here by February 6th, 2025.
- Answer three questions about your gender equality initiatives, challenges addressed, and measurable outcomes.
Evaluation and Selection:
- A jury will evaluate and score applications.
- The top three applicants will receive gold, silver, and bronze awards.
Awards Event:
- Date: February 25th
- Venue: Ritz Carlton Amman
