PG Academy: A Talent & CSR Opportunity for Intaj Member Companies
PG Academy — Jordan’s first AI-powered creative media academy, delivered under the exclusive accreditation of the University of Waterloo, Canada, and powered by our landmark logistics partnership with Migrate, whose King Hussein Business Park campus anchors the program in a live production ecosystem — has officially opened its funding phase, and Intaj member companies are invited to take part.
The Opportunity
Member companies can sponsor one or more high-potential Jordanian youth for 2,000 JOD per student, with each company eligible to sponsor up to 20 students. Every sponsored student completes an intensive 6-month AI content-creation program, training inside a live production environment at the Migrate campus in King Hussein Business Park, across one of four specialized tracks:
▸ AI Animation — character and world-building for the next generation of studios.
▸ AI Filmmaking — directing, shooting, and editing with AI-augmented production workflows.
▸ AI Gaming — building playable worlds using AI-driven game development pipelines.
▸ AI Advertising — producing campaigns and content for brands actively seeking this skill set.
Graduates leave with an official University of Waterloo certificate issued in their own name — and, critically, with a job. The program transitions every sponsored student into a guaranteed employment pathway, with 70–80% of graduates projected in employment within six months of the program’s closing Demo Day, where sponsoring companies can meet and hire directly from the cohort. Employee upskilling seats are also available on demand for companies wishing to extend the same University of Waterloo-accredited training to their existing teams.
What Sponsoring Companies Receive
- Elite, pre-vetted talent — graduates trained to a shared standard across a specialized track, ready for immediate integration into your teams, with direct access to hire from the cohort at Demo Day.
- Global certification on every graduate — a University of Waterloo certificate, issued in their own name and verifiable on the University’s global registry.
- Sustained brand visibility throughout the program — sponsors are featured across the program’s marketing materials, the cohort’s social media presence, the Demo Day event, and the graduation campaign, giving your brand continuous, high-quality exposure to a national and international audience over the full six-month program cycle rather than a single moment of recognition.
- A high-level promotional visibility and video — any company funding at least 2 students will receive a professionally produced video profiling their sponsorship and impact, of the same caliber featured in our program materials.
Requirements to Participate
- Minimum sponsorship: 1 student (2,000 JOD)
- Maximum sponsorship: up to 20 students per company
- Employee upskilling seats available on demand, separate from student sponsorship capacity
- Sponsorship confirmed on a first-come basis against available seats in the founding cohort of 140 students
