Mohammad Alkhudari Unveils the region’s first AI Cybersecurity Research Centre at GISEC Global 2025

Mohammad Alkhudari, Founder and CEO of Green Circle, unveiled the region’s first AI Cybersecurity Research Centre at GISEC Global 2025 and shared pioneering strategies to combat rising cyber complexity across the Middle East.
Cybersecurity complexity is growing exponentially, with organisations in the Middle East and beyond seeking solutions that can match the speed and sophistication of AI-driven threats.
At GISEC Global 2025, Green Circle positioned itself at the forefront of this transformation. Founder and CEO Mohammad Alkhudari shared with TahawulTech, Technology and Business Media Group, the company’s strategic focus on AI-powered cybersecurity, outlining a bold new vision for the region.
How did Green Circle’s presence at GISEC Global 2025 align with your broader cybersecurity strategy for the region?
We have been focusing on addressing one of today’s biggest challenges in cybersecurity — complexity. With so many vendors and products in the market, many organisations are overwhelmed. We are helping them simplify, manage, and operate their security more effectively.
A key part of this is how we respond to AI-borne threats. AI both introduces and helps counter these threats. At GISEC, we showcased our solutions and vision, including our AI Cybersecurity Research Centre, which will help address this complexity.
What emerging cybersecurity threats are you preparing to address with this new research centre?
The biggest threats come from advancements in AI and the increasing number of internal and external threats. Many organisations still focus primarily on external threats, but internal risks are growing fast. Externally, AI-driven attacks are becoming more sophisticated, which is why we are developing solutions to counter them.
Could you highlight some of the solutions you showcased at GISEC this year?
The biggest step is presenting our vision for the new AI Cybersecurity Research Centre and some home-grown, as well as vendor-based solutions, which span detection to incident response, training, and prevention capabilities. From its launch, the centre will be the region’s first AI Cybersecurity Research Centre. It will be based in our office in Dubai and run in partnership with leading local and international organisations and vendors.
In terms of solutions, we showcased our AI-driven SOC (SecOps) tools, pre-defence agents, AI-enhanced NDR, and AI-assisted ethical hacking tools. Our differentiation is not just in products, but in the research that supports them — looking at how AI will impact the market, government, and employment.
How is Green Circle collaborating with governments and enterprises to strengthen cyber resilience across key economic sectors?
Through our AI Cybersecurity Research Centre, we are working to automate and streamline services, helping reduce risk for government entities and enterprises facing advanced AI-driven attacks. We are also advising on how to enable the next generation of cybersecurity professionals — those coming out of universities — to integrate AI skills into their work, ensuring they remain relevant in this fast-changing field.
What message would you like to share with the cybersecurity community attending GISEC about your vision for cybersecurity in 2025?
We must all adopt AI for cybersecurity and face AI-driven threats with AI. The future belongs to those who embrace this transformation. Everyone should consider how AI can enhance their work, rather than seeing it only as a threat to their business or employment. It is about staying ahead of the curve and becoming part of the solution.

Graduation of a new cohort from the “Digital Upskilling and Employment Program”
Orange Jordan, in the presence of H.E. Samira Al-Zoubi, Secretary General of the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, celebrated the graduation of the sixth cohort from the Coding Academy at the Orange Digital Center in Amman. This also marks the second cohort of the “Digital Upskilling and Employment Program” scholarship. The program is funded by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship under the “Youth, Technology, and Jobs” Project (YTJ), and is implemented by the Digital Skills Association (Digiskills).
A total of 49 female and male students completed this cohort, following the graduation of the first cohort earlier this year, bringing the total number of program graduates in Amman to 100 youth, of whom 33% are women. For four months and 640 training hours, the participants were equipped with both technical and life skills to enhance their readiness for the job market.
The program has proven its effectiveness, achieving a 100% graduation rate with no dropouts. To date, around 50% of the students have secured employment opportunities, a percentage that is expected to increase in the coming months. Additionally, the graduates supported 25 startups by developing websites for them during their practical training.
The Secretary General of the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, H.E. Samira Al-Zoubi, expressed the Ministry’s pride in funding and supporting the “Digital Upskilling and Employment Program” scholarship under the “Youth, Technology, and Jobs” Project. She emphasized that this reflects the Ministry’s commitment to empowering Jordanian youth with digital skills that enable them to enter the job market with confidence and competence. She added that such programs represent genuine career pathways rather than just training stops, as the Ministry continues to collaborate with its partners to create employment opportunities, support entrepreneurs, and foster innovation that contributes to building a competitive digital economy led by Jordanian youth.
From her side, Amira Qarqash, Digital Education and Skills Development Manager at YTJ, emphasized that investing in youth is an investment in Jordan’s future, and that empowering them with digital skills is key to unlocking employment opportunities and driving economic growth. This program stands as a living example of effective collaboration between the public and private sectors and civil society institutions to build a capable generation ready to lead change.
The Chief Corporate Communication & Sustainability Officer at Orange Jordan, Eng. Rana Al-Dababneh expressed her pride in the partnership with the “Digital Upskilling and Employment Program” scholarship and its achievements, praising the “Champions of Change” from this cohort and those before them. She added that Orange Jordan, through the Coding Academy at the Orange Digital Center, continues to empower Jordanian youth with the knowledge and skills necessary to build their future. She highlighted that since its launch, the Coding Academy has graduated over 1,000 students, with more than 80% of them joining the job market, confirming the effectiveness of the training model, which integrates technical skills, projects, language, life skills, and practical training.
Concurrently with the graduation ceremony, the second specialized job fair was held to connect graduates with companies and institutions seeking qualified youth talent. This provided real opportunities for them to enter the job market and embodied the integration between training and employment, which is one of the program’s key objectives.
