
Continuing its efforts to advance digital healthcare services and support the digital transformation of Jordan’s health sector, Electronic Health Solutions (EHS) has announced the expansion of its “Follow-Up Appointment Request” service to now include 72 Ministry of Health facilities across various governorates in the Kingdom.
The company confirmed in a press release that several new healthcare facilities have recently been added to the service, including: Abu Nsair Primary Health Center, Salt Central Laboratories, Al-Bunayyat Health Center, The Khashafiyya Al-Dabaibeh Health Center, Sheikh Hussein Primary Health Center, Sal Primary Health Center, and Hanina Primary Health Center.
This expansion aligns with the company’s strategy to simplify the patient journey and empower users to book follow-up appointments electronically through the “My Hakeem” platform and mobile application, saving time and effort for both patients and healthcare workers, while improving the overall efficiency of healthcare services.
Commenting on the expansion, EHS CEO Omar Ibrahim Ayesh reaffirmed the company’s commitment to continuously enhancing digital health services in line with technological advancements and the evolving needs of citizens across the Kingdom.
Ayesh emphasized that extending the “Follow-Up Appointment Request” service reflects EHS’s vision to harness technology to better serve the healthcare sector and deliver more efficient, seamless, and patient-centered services.
