Estarta employees participated in the TECH WIN second session, organized by the Youth Technology and Job, one of the Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship ministry’s projects.

The training sessions and discussions were delivered by representatives from the Ministry of Labor and the Social Security Corporation, focusing on key laws and regulations related to supporting and empowering women in the workplace, with an emphasis on fostering inclusivity and promoting gender equity.

These sessions comes part of trainings within the Tech WIN initiative aims at empowering women in professional environments in the ICT sector; and help them to foster an inclusive and diverse ecosystem.

The Network enables members to share insights, experiences, and advice, while offering training and mentorship to empower through meaningful connections and shared knowledge.

By actively engaging in such sessions, we reaffirm our commitment to promoting inclusive practices, supporting gender equity, and fostering positive change in workplace policies.
