Estarta hosted students from the Madrasati Initiative as part of a five-day STEM training program aimed at equipping young talents with practical technology skills and industry exposure. The program combined virtual learning with hands-on sessions and concluded with an on-site visit to Estarta’s premises on April 2.
Delivered by Estarta’s Professional Services and Solutions (PSS) team, the training covered key areas including Python programming, Artificial Intelligence (AI), UI/UX design, and mobile development. Students applied their knowledge through practical exercises, gaining deeper insights into real-world technology applications.
The sessions were led by Estarta experts, who also shared valuable perspectives on career pathways in the ICT sector, supporting early awareness of opportunities in technology fields.
This initiative reflects ongoing efforts to strengthen digital skills among youth and contribute to building Jordan’s future tech talent pipeline.
