Globitel, a leading telecom and customer care solutions provider, concludes its participation in Middle East Call Center Conference (MECC) which took place in Dubai, UAE on May 16th – May 17th. Globitel introduced through one on one sessions and presentations their newest solutions and networked with the industry’s leading influencers and call centers.

MECC, organized by INSIGHTS, garners an annual attendance of the Middle East’s leading contact center vendors, outsourced call centers and any enterprise seeking quality systems and solutions for its customer care department. This year, MECC saw the next stage in the evolution of expert assistance to remedy urgent issues in the call center.

Globitel has been a participant in MECC for many years, as the event has been the prime catalyst in the regional call center market and the number one call center event in the region. This year, Globitel highlighted SpeechLog Analytics and SpeechLog Retail along with more Customer Engagement and Workforce Optimization solutions. A session was also conducted titled “Harnessing the Power of Speech Analytics” at the event which addressed the benefit of Speech Analytics at call centers.
