
Echo Technology has completed and delivered the Governmental E-Services Portal Standards, Guidelines and Design Kit for the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship (MoDEE), supporting Jordan’s national digital transformation agenda and the continuous improvement of government e-services.
This project was designed to help government entities deliver consistent, secure, accessible, and user-friendly e-services by introducing a unified framework that governs how governmental e-service portals should be designed, built, and evaluated.
What the project delivers
The delivered package provides a practical, ready-to-use foundation for government entities, including:
- Unified standards and guidelines for governmental e-services portals, ensuring best practices in design and functionality for both citizen-facing and employee-facing portals.
- A standard design kit that unifies the look and feel across governmental e-service portals, strengthening consistency and user experience across platforms.
- Bilingual documentation (Arabic and English) to support adoption across entities and teams.
- Prototype and front-end templates to accelerate implementation and ensure consistent UI execution.
