In a step toward strengthening bilateral economic ties and fostering cross-border innovation, the Guangdong Silk Road Trade Promotion Association (GSRTPA) visited the ICT Association of Jordan – int@j to engage in discussions aimed at enhancing cooperation and exploring new partnership opportunities between Jordanian enterprises and leading Chinese companies.

The Guangdong Silk Road Trade Promotion Association is a non-profit organization initiated by prominent enterprises from various sectors in Guangdong Province, including high-tech manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, green energy, education, and smart appliances. The association plays a pivotal role in promoting international trade, investment, and technological collaboration between Guangdong and countries along the Belt and Road Initiative.

During the visit, the GSRTPA delegation expressed strong interest in gaining deeper insights into the Jordanian innovation ecosystem, ICT landscape, and the opportunities for Guangdong enterprises to engage in meaningful partnerships with local companies. The meeting also explored areas of mutual interest, including technology transfer, joint ventures, and capacity building across industries.
