
The Information and Communications Technology Association of Jordan (int@j) CEO, Eng. Nidal Bitar, participated in a panel discussion titled “The Role of NGOs in Empowering AI and Cybersecurity in the Arab Countries”, held on December 11 as part of the event “Exploring the Evolving Landscape of AI and Cybersecurity”, organized by the Professional Computer Association of Lebanon (PCA Lebanon).
Eng. Bitar emphasized the critical role of NGOs in supporting the digital transformation journey in the Arab region, enhancing institutional capabilities, promoting responsible innovation, and fostering collaborations between governments, private sector, and academia. He highlighted int@j’s ongoing efforts in driving national initiatives that strengthen AI adoption, cybersecurity readiness, and digital skills development.
int@j extended its appreciation to PCA Lebanon for providing a platform that brings together regional experts and leaders to address emerging trends and jointly shape the future of the digital ecosystem.
