The Jordan Payments and Clearing Company (JOPACC), through its JOIN Fincubator, has officially launched the third cohort of its annual incubation program, beginning with the highly anticipated Fundamentals Bootcamp. This milestone marks the third consecutive year of JOIN’s commitment to empowering fintech innovation in Jordan and the region.

Applications for this year’s cycle opened in early mid-February and closed by mid-April, giving prospective entrepreneurs ample time to prepare and submit their applications. From a competitive pool of 44 applicants, 25 startups were selected to join the Fundamentals Bootcamp; an intensive, four-week program designed to equip early-stage fintech startups with the foundational tools to validate and develop their business ideas.

The curriculum will focus on Digital Financial Ecosystem, Entrepreneurship, and Business Fundamentals where Participating startups will dive deep into topics such as Problem-Solution Fit, Business Model Canvas, Design Thinking, a comprehensive overview of Jordan’s digital financial landscape, and effective pitching techniques, including pitch deck development.

Throughout the bootcamp, participants will engage in hands-on sessions led by experienced trainers and industry professionals. The program culminates in a final Pitch Day, where each team will present their refined business models and pitches to a panel of expert judges, including entrepreneurs, and domain experts. Those who receive favorable evaluations will progress to the next stages of the JOIN Incubation Program.
