The course takes participants though Crisis Management theory, methodology and covers business and information technology recovery, pandemic management (we do touch on the latest COVID-19 pandemic). The course has a very practical angle and we will utilize cases and participants from PepsiCo’s crisis management team in order to give participants specific take-aways to put into action when they are back at work.
