- Reporting complaints or water theft, with the ability to attach images and select locations using map integration.
- User profile and account management, including viewing and updating personal information, changing passwords, and updating phone numbers with OTP verification.
- Access to Ministry services on the Sanad platform through integrated informational links.
- Public service locations, displaying contact details and geographic locations on maps.
- Service directory covering water and wastewater-related services.
- News and informational content, including official announcements and pages such as “About the Ministry” and “Contact Us”.
