Wajeez have closed a $3 million pre-series A round led by technology venture capital fund STV. and have also been growing 30 percent MoM and are now expanding more and more outside the Middle east. The beginning was in 2014 where Wajeez was just a page on a social media platform under the name Faylasof, and its mission was to provide paper books to readers within the Kingdom of Jordan in order to contribute to the development of knowledge, through the vision of the work team, it was then turned into a specialized site under the name Faylasof and books were distributed all around the world, and this continued until the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic in the world and the disruption it caused to our life, and this is where Wajeez was founded.
