EFE-Jordan is a non-profit organization that leads a national initiative to create economic opportunities for the unemployed youth in Jordan. Our mission is to utilize demand-driven employment and entrepreneurship training methods, and subsequently linking youth with jobs or start-up support. Through our technical, vocational, and entrepreneurship programs, EFE-Jordan empowers youths by enabling them to generate a stable income, support themselves, and contribute to Jordan’s future economic development. EFE-Jordan has trained over 11,000 youth since 2006 and has works with international and national partners. 65% of EFE-Jordan’s beneficiaries to date are women, and 85% of graduates have been linked with jobs.
