proud to announce that they won the gender diversity award organized by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in collaboration with Amman Stock Exchange and the Embassy of the Netherlands. A total of 61 top organizations of Jordan took part in the award showcasing their best practices and initiatives, with PwC achieving the first place.

During a celebratory ceremony announcing Jordan’s Diversity Trailblazers Awards, PwC was announced as the golden winner for the award, with 56% of women in total and with 50% of women in managerial and leadership roles.

Our women have shown great talent and capabilities, working on major projects in Jordan and the region.

Our unwavering commitment to gender parity has been evident throughout the years. We grew from 237 women in 2020 to 862 women in 2025. Last year, 365 people got promoted; out of which 214 (59%) are women.

The firm heavily invests in our women through solid training and mentorship programs, in addition to a wide variety of policies and frameworks meant to boost our women’s experience at PwC. This includes the flexibility framework, the maternity leave policy, the schooling and nursery allowance, the world-renowned medical insurance, and many others.
