TJDEED Technology, a leading regional innovator in AI and emerging technologies, proudly participated in a student-focused career and tech development ceremony held five days ago in Amman, Jordan. Organized by DigiSkills and Unihance, the event brought together industry leaders, government representatives, and ambitious youth for a day of learning, inspiration, and opportunity.
The ceremony featured prominent figures including Mr. Sameer Halawani, Managing Director at TJDEED Technology; Mr. Ahmad Obaidat, CEO of Aries AI (TJDEED’s strategic partner); and Mr. Abdullah Sreheen, TJDEED’s Country Manager for Jordan. As part of TJDEED’s ongoing mission to empower students and cultivate the next generation of tech leaders, Mr. Sameer and Mr. Ahmad were featured as key panel speakers, while all three executives took the opportunity to interview promising candidates for career opportunities at TJDEED.
Other notable speakers included Ms. Amira Qarqash, Digital Skills Development Manager at the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship; Ms. Dana Telegraph, PMU Director at the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship; and Mr. Maher Al Khaiyat, Co-Founder and CEO of Augentis AI — all of whom contributed to insightful discussions around digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and youth empowerment.
“At TJDEED, we believe that empowering the next generation begins with real-world exposure and hands-on opportunities,” said Mr. Sameer Halawani. “By engaging directly with students and recent graduates, we’re not only identifying talent — we’re nurturing the future leaders of the AI and tech ecosystem in Jordan and the region.”
The event emphasized collaboration between private tech companies and governmental institutions, aligning with Jordan’s broader digital economy strategy. As part of its talent acquisition and community outreach goals, TJDEED is continuing to invest in education, AI skills development, and workforce readiness throughout Jordan.
TJDEED Technology extends its heartfelt thanks to DigiSkills for organizing and supporting this impactful event, and for their continued dedication to student initiatives and digital upskilling across the Kingdom.
