Mahafzah stresses importance of public-private partnership in developing education sector, saying move strengthens digital infrastructure in schools and improves education quality and outcomes. He says initiative reflects corporate social responsibility and supports empowering students and teachers with modern learning tools.
Smeirat says Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship recently signs agreement with Zain Jordan worth 3m dinars to provide Wi-Fi solutions in public schools, aiming to deliver wireless internet to classrooms and support use of digital learning tools. He adds project part of joint efforts with Ministry of Education to advance digital transformation, enhance student digital skills, interactive learning environment, support innovation, and ensure fair access to modern learning resources.
Zain Jordan says initiative renews commitment to education sector and digital transformation, noting project covers 1,500 public schools across all governorates to reach widest possible benefit, as part of long-standing corporate social responsibility efforts focused on education, health, environment, youth, and entrepreneurship.
